- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
- Shipping the Product: Package the item securely and include any accessories or manuals that came with it. Use the return label provided to ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to damaged or defective products.
